The communication when the service was finished was unclear. I didn’t know what all the abbreviations meant nor the terms used to describe recommended services. I didn’t not trust that things really needed doing, since my earlier model of the same car went 10 years without all that service. I am searching fir the manufacturer list of when things should be done. Dealers try to earn $ by selling services early.
Very disappointed with my service experience at Ford Rockwall\. I dropped off my truck and was told I would receive a call from my service advisor with an update and that I should have my vehicle back that same day\.
I never received a call\. The next day, I called and texted with no response\. I had to call three times before I finally reached someone\. What was supposed to be a same\-day service visit turned into a day and a half with almost no communication\.

Do not recommend this place to bring you vehicle to have any work done. It is just like any other Ford service center, they are happy to take your money but will not be accountable for there work or service be it there's or another Ford center. They will not work with you for nothing and have NO ACCOUNTABILITY.

I dropped off a Emkay fleet truck for service. The advisor checked in the vehicle. Hours later I get a call from the advisor and was asked about payment. I told him the payment will be billed out to Emkay. The service was performed them was told “as for payment/approvals I will not be able to process until Monday”. “My fleet guy will be here Monday”. No issues with dealership perse, however, the staff member, Kris Wade, was condescending and rude. He completely had a toddler fit bc I neglected to tell him in advance I had a coupon. I was not aware of the policy to present at checkin instead of checkout. However, I did check the box online when scheduling that I had a coupon, so he should have been aware. I am not sure if he was having a bad day, but he def needs some customer service training. I hope his day improved.

This was probably the best car buying experience I’ve had and maybe the shortest as well. I got the car I wanted, everyone was friendly, everything in finance was explained in a way that made sense and didn’t make me feel like I was getting ripped off. A couple of follow-ups were handled quickly and Bradley, my sales guy, even came in on a Sunday to pick up the key for my trade-in. It was an excellent experience.
My service advisor Ozzy is always on top of it. This is the only place I’ll take my Mustang. I’ve been trading here for 20+ years thank you.

They don't check the work they do!! Had an alignment on my 2021 Ford King Ranch. And it was so far off I only made a few miles away and had to turn around. So, they could redo the alignment took them about an additional 2 hour to get it right. This is not the first time. Things where not done right. Had an oil chang last year and the forgot or didn't tighten the bolts to my bottom pan and it was damage to where it had to be replaced..
These guys are true professionals. The staff kept me updated on my vehicle, and the final price was very reasonable. I will be back

Missed either try to work in your favor for extended warranty vehicle coverage that they are working on. They try to make sure they get you the rate that you deserve and are overpaying for car repairs. One of their sales reps, Jonathan Hubbs, knows his stuff and works hard to make the best opportunity possible for his clients.
