They don't check the work they do!! Had an alignment on my 2021 Ford King Ranch. And it was so far off I only made a few miles away and had to turn around. So, they could redo the alignment took them about an additional 2 hour to get it right. This is not the first time. Things where not done right. Had an oil chang last year and the forgot or didn't tighten the bolts to my bottom pan and it was damage to where it had to be replaced..
These guys are true professionals. The staff kept me updated on my vehicle, and the final price was very reasonable. I will be back

Missed either try to work in your favor for extended warranty vehicle coverage that they are working on. They try to make sure they get you the rate that you deserve and are overpaying for car repairs. One of their sales reps, Jonathan Hubbs, knows his stuff and works hard to make the best opportunity possible for his clients.

Our salesman was Alejandro and he was not the normal pushy salesman. He was very respectful on what our needs were and I joke around a lot and he was right there with me joking around. I didn't feel like I was trying to buy a car with him. He was very welcoming. There was no back and forth with the numbes like your normal car deal that always pisses me off. Overall I will buy again.

Courteous and professional treatment is the norm at this dealership. The service personnel are friendly and maintain continuous updates on the status of my service. I also appreciate the video provided by the mechanic doing the service on my vehicle. When there are required services they advise you and do not pressure you to get them done, provided they are not of a safety nature.
Vehicle was not ready when we got there and they knew we were traveling 6 hrs away for the vehicle.I spoke them since Monday and it wasn’t ready by Friday. Also they never let us know the vehicle had hail damage. People that worked there were not friendly whatsoever didn’t greet or wouldn’t even simply smile. It was the worst experience I have ever had and I’ve never had to go through so much through any purchase at a dealership before. I was very disappointed.
Communication with the service department was A+, and they were able to diagnose and fix the issues. I am very pleased and will be back! Juan Avalos was our service advisor, and he was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us informed.

Scheduled work was good and the service team was very helpful. However, a hail storm that passed through on Monday 5/4 while Group1 had my super duty, sent me home with more than I paid for. Hood on my F250 is damaged from large hail in Rockwall and I was told there was nothing they could do. Truck was dent free when I dropped it off. Very upset and I was looking forwards to trading it in on another f250. Not sure of my next action and now looking for options and NOT looking forwards to more $ out of my pocket.

Good communication and service. My particular situation had special issues with F-10 engine in a Winnebago modified coolant system. A resolution was reached. I felt this dealership went beyond expectations considering Winnebago would not work with them. Going forward, I will choose Rockwall Ford with their excellence to work on my 2 vehicles.

Did not take advantage of me being a woman. They were very nice and respectful. They really did try to help me with price of my repairs. I had some recalls that I had no idea about and they made sure to let me know and order all parts. We will see if they actually call me when the parts come in. Outstanding experience. I had been looking for a low mileage used GMC Yukon Denali with all the extras. And I tried to purchase two before I found Group 1 Ford of Rockwall. 2017 kia sportage cash paid nearly 12k at the time salesman told me the car is Flawless zero issue went to do oil change and the technician vehicle has no oil turns out it had an excessive oil consumption never disclosed by the dealership it becomes a nightmare i have to a quarter of oil every 2 weeks I've reached out to the dealership they never returned my email or show willingness to rectify the issue.
